What you will do
- Test backend systems and integration layers through functional and non-functional API testing.
- Own the end-to-end quality experience across web and backend platforms.
- Create, maintain, and execute test plans and test cases across browsers and platforms.
- Design API, integration, and database validation strategies.
- Analyze defects, document findings, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate timely resolutions.
- Recommend improvements to software quality and API testing processes.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in software testing roles.
- Experience creating API requests, reviewing API documentation, and designing functional, non-functional, performance, and reliability test scenarios.
- Experience testing APIs, integrations, databases, modern web applications, and eCommerce platforms.
- Strong understanding of backend systems, databases, SQL, system architecture, and enterprise integration patterns.
- Experience planning and executing frontend UI and backend service testing.
- Upper-Intermediate English or higher required.
Nice to have
- Experience with React, PHP, Go, or similar technologies.
- Familiarity with Spec-Driven Development and AI-assisted delivery practices.
- Experience using AI tools such as Claude to generate and review test scenarios, test cases, automation scenarios, and QA documentation.
