TL;DR
Growth Operations Lead (Crypto): Scaling user acquisition, engagement, conversion, and assets under management across Earn & Wealth products with an accent on lifecycle management, user segmentation, and data-driven growth campaigns. What you will do
- Define and execute user growth, conversion, and retention strategies for Savings, Staking, Dual Investment, Launchpool, and other Earn & Wealth products.
- Build the full user lifecycle from onboarding and first investment to repeat investment and high-value user upgrade.
- Plan, execute, and evaluate the ROI of growth campaigns and initiatives.
- Develop user segmentation models based on AUM, risk appetite, behavior, and engagement.
- Build dashboards and performance reports covering AUM, ARPU, conversion, retention, and related metrics.
- Collaborate with Product, Finance, BD, Content, KOL, and Paid Media teams on monetization and go-to-market initiatives.
Requirements
- 3+ years of operations experience in internet, fintech, or crypto industries; wealth or investment product experience is strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of financial products, including crypto savings, staking, structured products, and DeFi yield.
- Hands-on experience with SQL, Excel, and BI tools, plus a strong analytical mindset.
- Experience with user segmentation and lifecycle management.
- Ability to translate business challenges into scalable, structured solutions and execute in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese.
Nice to have
- Experience at a leading CEX such as Binance, OKX, or Coinbase.
- Familiarity with DeFi ecosystems and on-chain yield products.
- Experience executing growth campaigns with measurable KPI impact.
- CFA, CPA, or a degree in finance or a related field.
