Field Operations Manager (Telecommunications): Leading safe and productive regional field execution for satellite communications surveys and deployments with an accent on contractor management, permits, quality, HSE, and acceptance. Location: Jakarta, Indonesia; mostly hybrid with remote work and customer site work, including travel and field work

What you will do

  • Translate regional plans into mobilization, work-front, and contractor deployment plans.
  • Manage regional supervision and contracted outside-plant teams.
  • Coordinate site access, permits, materials, designs, and outage requirements.
  • Monitor daily production, quality, HSE, constraints, and field capacity.
  • Resolve field changes, incidents, and stakeholder issues while protecting community acceptance.
  • Validate completed quantities and acceptance evidence, supporting accurate progress and payment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electrical, Civil, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in field deployment for telecommunications, utilities, or infrastructure.
  • Experience managing contractors and distributed regional teams.
  • Knowledge of outside-plant construction, site surveys, deployment, HSE, permits, and contractor management.
  • Experience with progress measurement and acceptance documentation.
  • Professional English and native Bahasa Indonesia are required.
