operates ride-hailing services and is expanding its taxi marketplace operations in Armenia.
What you will do
- Lead and scale ride-hailing operations across Armenia with full P&L ownership.
- Build and manage a cross-functional local team spanning operations, business development, and marketing.
- Identify, onboard, and support partners that recruit and retain drivers.
- Analyze partner P&L and cash flow to improve operating economics.
- Develop driver acquisition and retention channels, including partner training and automated payment processes.
- Build demand partnerships, manage major accounts, and maintain competition intelligence.
Requirements
- Strong leadership skills and experience building teams from scratch.
- Business understanding of unit economics, technology-driven marketplaces, operational efficiency, marketing, and finance.
- Data-driven approach with the ability to analyze metric dependencies and contributing factors.
- Significant experience in business development or key account management.
- Fluent spoken and written Armenian and Russian required.
- Solid understanding of the Armenian market.
Nice to have
- Experience in operations or the ride-hailing industry.
- Experience in or with TMT companies or strategy consulting.
