Middle Game Designer (Mobile Games)

Location: On-site at Vilnius Business Centre U219, Vilnius, Lithuania

Salary: €1,800–€3,000 gross per month, depending on experience, plus performance-based bonuses.

What you will do

• Conceptualize, document, and implement new game features and content.
• Iterate on existing features using data and player feedback.
• Design and balance progression, economy, and monetization systems.
• Collaborate with Team Leads on feature roadmaps.
• Communicate design decisions effectively to scrum teams.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in the game development industry.
• Portfolio of released games created as a Game Designer.
• Deep knowledge of the mobile games market, trending genres, and success metrics.
• Ability to analyze games and identify their strengths and weaknesses.
• User-centric design thinking and strong collaboration, communication, problem-solving, and feedback skills.
• Experience with scripting languages or a basic understanding of scripting.

• Lithuanian language skills.
