What you will do
- Implement technical solutions to expand the use of Salesforce CRM.
- Manage daily Salesforce support requests, including user creation and settings changes.
- Troubleshoot issues and collaborate with users, managers, and global and local teams.
- Help deliver user training for new functions and features.
- Maintain process, guideline, and Salesforce system documentation.
- Support Salesforce record updates, data imports and exports, and report and dashboard configuration.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
- Salesforce Administrator certification.
- Experience with Marketing Cloud and Salesforce Engage.
- Ability to work in a matrix organization and align with local and global leadership.
- Fluent English and strong project and stakeholder management skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, and HTML.
