Review Operations Specialist (AI)

Location: Sydney, Australia. Hybrid work with regular in-person collaboration at the Sydney campus; candidates should be based in Sydney.

What you will do

• Own review operations by designing scalable workflows, improving processes, and building practical operational frameworks.
• Drive cross-functional projects from problem definition through delivery with Engineering, Machine Learning, Policy, Data, and other teams.
• Build reviewer onboarding, training, documentation, and support for AI-assisted review tools.
• Strengthen governance and operational standards, manage exceptions, and identify risks.
• Maintain performance reporting and dashboards, turning quality data and trends into recommendations.
• Identify opportunities for AI and automation to reduce manual work and improve scalability.

Requirements

• Experience turning complex operational problems into clear and practical ways of working.
• Ability to create structure in ambiguous environments and independently move work forward.
• Confidence working with dashboards, performance data, and quality metrics.
• Experience improving workflows through process design, AI, or automation.
• Clear communication and effective collaboration with technical, data, policy, and operational partners.
• Experience in content, creative quality, media, trust and safety, or another quality-focused operational environment.
