Senior Designer (iGaming)

Location: Liège, Belgium or Birkirkara, Malta. Hybrid working model with the possibility to work remotely up to 50% of the time.

What you will do

• Design and adapt campaign assets for CRM, email, banners, social media, onsite communications, and push notifications.
• Localise multi-market campaigns while following brand guidelines and creative direction.
• Ensure the quality, consistency, and technical accuracy of delivered assets.
• Collaborate with Local Marketing, Central Digital, Brand, and the Art Director during campaign execution.
• Manage multiple design projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Challenge briefs and improve templates, workflows, and asset libraries.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in digital marketing.
• Strong proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud and AI-assisted design tools.
• Excellent understanding of layout, typography, branding, and digital production.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities autonomously with strong attention to detail.
• Proactive, creative, solution-oriented, and able to communicate effectively.
• Professional Dutch and good English skills required.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of the online gaming industry.
