RGM & Pricing Manager (SAP/Power BI): Driving pricing, rebates, commercial policy, and profitability improvement across Versuni’s Polish commercial organization with an accent on revenue growth management, margin impact, and promotion effectiveness. Focus on analyzing pricing performance, implementing global pricing strategies locally, and coordinating cross-functional commercial processes in Sales, Marketing, and Finance.
Location: Poland, Warsaw area; hybrid work with office attendance 2–3 days per week.

What you will do
- Drive pricing, rebates, and revenue growth management strategies for the Polish commercial organization.
- Analyze pricing performance, margin impact, incremental volume potential, consumer pricing, and competitive pricing.
- Implement global pricing strategies and execute daily pricing, rebates, and commercial policy processes.
- Monitor trade investment and promotion effectiveness while ensuring alignment with commercial policy.
- Align local product portfolio allocation with commercial strategy and local regulations.
- Build pricing capabilities through training, mentoring, and coaching across the organization.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in business administration, economics, or finance.
- 5+ years of experience in a commercial, strategic, or financial role, including revenue growth management or similar responsibilities.
- Knowledge of value extraction, channel strategy, digital sales and pricing, and promotion effectiveness.
- Strong analytical, conceptual, communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills; experience with SAP ERP Suite and Power BI is valuable.
- Fluent written and spoken English and Polish; based in the Warsaw area and able to attend the office 2–3 days per week.
