UX Researcher I (qualitative and quantitative UX research): Conducting user research studies to understand behaviours, needs and motivations and inform product decisions in the A&G business segment with an accent on surveys, interviews, diary studies, ethnographic research, usability testing and analytics. Focus on analysing and communicating insights, supporting rapid product iteration, and understanding market segments and competitors.

What you will do
- Plan and deliver UX research activities in collaboration with design and product colleagues.
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative studies using surveys, interviews, diary studies, ethnographic research, usability testing and analytics.
- Analyse, communicate and integrate research insights into product and design decisions.
- Support rapid iteration of product structure, layout and visual identity.
- Contribute to understanding market segments and competitors.
Requirements
- Experience with qualitative and quantitative UX research practices and tools.
- Experience planning and delivering user research initiatives independently.
- Ability to build relationships across teams and clearly communicate insights to different audiences.
- Strong problem-solving, questioning, fact-finding and day-to-day decision-making skills.
- Clear communication, active participation in presentations and a collaborative approach.
