TL;DR
Senior Associate, AI Ops Site Reliability Engineer (Python/Ansible/Terraform): Building and maintaining the automation environment, connectors, remediation playbooks, and data pipelines that power AI-driven infrastructure operations with an accent on resilient integrations, guarded actions, rollback, and auditability. Focus on developing SSM and Ansible remediation workflows, administering hosting systems through IaC and scripting, and evaluating agent accuracy using reliable operational data.
Location: Greece, Thessaloniki, Chortiatis; hybrid work arrangement. Periodic international and domestic travel required, less than 10%.

What you will do
- Build and maintain a shared, documented automation environment and codebase for Hosting SRE Operations.
- Develop connectors and integrations across ServiceNow, Dynatrace, Aria, AIQUM, Rubrik, and MCP with clear read-only and change-action boundaries.
- Implement guarded remediation playbooks through SSM and Ansible with rollback and audit capabilities.
- Automate administration, patching, and configuration of hosting systems using Ansible, Terraform, Python, PowerShell, and Bash.
- Support intake and investigation agents with reliable data pipelines and contribute to evaluation tooling that measures agent accuracy.
- Apply version control, CI/CD, testing, documentation, and continuous improvement to reduce operational toil and improve reliability.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 2 years of software engineering or infrastructure and operations automation experience.
- Strong Python development skills and proficiency in Bash or PowerShell, GitHub, CI/CD, and coding best practices.
- Experience building API integrations or connectors and using Ansible or Terraform for infrastructure as code and configuration management.
- Exposure to AI tools and platforms, with willingness to build agent connectors and playbooks.
- Strong data literacy, collaborative problem-solving skills, adaptability, and experience working in an agile environment.
Nice to have
- Experience with ServiceNow, Dynatrace, or MCP.
