What you will do

• Test new features and product flows across web applications and supported environments.
• Create and maintain test plans, test cases, and regression suites.
• Perform functional, regression, exploratory, integration, and end-to-end testing.
• Document, track, reproduce, and validate bugs and production issues.
• Review requirements for edge cases, risks, and gaps before release.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Design to improve release readiness and product quality.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in software QA or a similar testing role.
• Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, QA processes, and web-based products.
• Ability to create structured, thorough, and easy-to-follow test cases.
• Experience with bug-tracking and project-management tools.
• Good understanding of APIs, browser developer tools, and client-server applications.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently and take ownership of product quality.

Nice to have

• Experience testing APIs with tools such as Postman.
• Basic knowledge of SQL and databases.
• Experience in an Agile development environment.
• Familiarity with automated testing tools and concepts.
• Experience testing SaaS products.
