Location: Hybrid in Vilnius or Kaunas, Lithuania
Salary: From €5,800 gross per month, based on experience

What you will do
- Build a self-service platform that enables product teams to provision and manage datastores and cloud resources independently.
- Introduce infrastructure standards, share knowledge, and promote best practices across product teams.
- Operate and scale the observability stack, including Prometheus, Thanos, Grafana Loki, and Grafana Tempo.
- Experiment with new infrastructure and observability services.
- Ensure the stability and scalability of a Kubernetes cluster running approximately 400 microservices.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with datastores such as MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Redis.
- Knowledge of IaaS and infrastructure automation tools such as Terraform and Ansible.
- Experience building CI/CD pipelines and working with cloud services, preferably GCP.
- Experience with Kubernetes and strong knowledge of Linux, including Ubuntu or Debian.
- Software development knowledge with Golang is a strong advantage.
