Supplier Lead Auditor (Semiconductor)

Location: Linkou, Taiwan; frequent travel of up to approximately 50% is required.

What you will do

• Plan, execute, and lead cross-sector and theme audits against hirify.global requirements and standards.
• Identify supplier risks across quality, logistics, technology, cost reduction, and sustainability.
• Manage audits end to end, including planning, execution, follow-up, status reporting, and improvement verification.
• Support category management and supplier account teams in resolving key supply-chain issues.
• Translate supplier strategy into audit plans aligned with the worldwide audit strategy.
• Contribute best practices to the Global Supplier Audit framework.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Science, or Management Sciences.
• More than 5 years of experience in supplier management, manufacturing, logistics, development, or engineering, preferably in high-tech companies.
• Experience with supplier auditing, preferably in the semiconductor industry, and new product introductions.
• Certified ISO9001 Lead Auditor or equivalent, with knowledge of ISO9001 and ISO14001.
• Expertise in quality tools, risk management, project management, lean manufacturing, cleanroom standards, and 5S.
• Strong analytical, communication, negotiation, networking, and team-building skills.
