Supplier Lead Auditor (Semiconductor): Planning and leading risk-based supplier audits for quality, logistics, technology, cost reduction, and sustainability performance with an accent on supplier quality, complex manufacturing processes, and semiconductor industry requirements. Focus on identifying supply-chain risks, verifying corrective actions, managing end-to-end audit plans, and driving continuous improvement with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
Location: Linkou, Taiwan; frequent travel of up to approximately 50% is required.

What you will do
- Plan, execute, and lead cross-sector and theme audits against requirements and standards.
- Identify supplier risks across quality, logistics, technology, cost reduction, and sustainability.
- Manage audits end to end, including planning, execution, follow-up, status reporting, and improvement verification.
- Support category management and supplier account teams in resolving key supply-chain issues.
- Translate supplier strategy into audit plans aligned with the worldwide audit strategy.
- Contribute best practices to the Global Supplier Audit framework.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Science, or Management Sciences.
- More than 5 years of experience in supplier management, manufacturing, logistics, development, or engineering, preferably in high-tech companies.
- Experience with supplier auditing, preferably in the semiconductor industry, and new product introductions.
- Certified ISO9001 Lead Auditor or equivalent, with knowledge of ISO9001 and ISO14001.
- Expertise in quality tools, risk management, project management, lean manufacturing, cleanroom standards, and 5S.
- Strong analytical, communication, negotiation, networking, and team-building skills.
