TL;DR
Implementation Consultant (SaaS): Managing customer implementation programs, project materials, go-live schedules, risks, and working sessions with an accent on workflow management, troubleshooting, and customer relationships. Focus on coordinating multiple implementations, resolving software and hardware issues, and keeping customers on track for launch.
Location: Yerevan, Armenia. Working hours: Monday–Friday, 4:00 PM–1:00 AM Armenia time.

What you will do
- Serve as the process- and workflow-focused point of contact for multiple customers during implementation programs.
- Prepare, update, and manage project management materials.
- Track customer pipelines and keep implementations on schedule through go-live.
- Identify and manage risks that could delay customer launches.
- Lead live working sessions, demonstrate best practices, and explain critical go-live features.
- Collaborate with the manager on escalations, at-risk accounts, and software or hardware troubleshooting.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of relevant experience or knowledge and experience in the home services industry.
- Critical thinking and software troubleshooting skills.
- Strong project management and multitasking abilities with close attention to detail.
- Strong customer relationship and customer service skills.
- Availability to work Monday–Friday, 4:00 PM–1:00 AM Armenia time.
Nice to have
- Experience with Service software.
- Familiarity with SaaS business models.
