TL;DR
Service Engineer (Networking): Designing, configuring, commissioning, and supporting WAN, LAN, routing, telephony, and CCTV solutions with an accent on onsite commissioning, network migrations, and customer incident response. Focus on performing field interventions across Morocco, handling SLA-critical issues, and maintaining reliable service through rotating on-call support.
Location: Hybrid role based in or near Casablanca, Morocco, with rapid onsite intervention required. Extensive domestic travel and potentially extended stays at sites nationwide are expected.

What you will do
- Lead new network installations, rollouts, and customer migrations from existing to new networks.
- Commission systems onsite after subcontractor installation and ensure customer site acceptance.
- Design, configure, commission, monitor, and support WAN, LAN, routing, telephony, and CCTV solutions.
- Handle incidents and customer requests according to SLAs, including rapid response to critical and major issues.
- Conduct field interventions, testing, reporting, and technical documentation.
- Support Project Managers during technical studies and project execution and provide technical assistance to Sales Managers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent extensive experience.
- At least 2 years of experience in technical support or service roles within networking.
- Experience with TDM and packet switching, TCP/IP, routing, MPLS, wireless, MPLS-TP, MS Visio, and Microsoft Office.
- Must live in or near Casablanca and be available for rapid onsite intervention.
- Fluency in French and English is required.
- Autonomy, teamwork, strong communication and writing skills, multitasking ability, and attention to detail.
Nice to have
- MS SQL Server, MySQL, cybersecurity, programming or scripting experience.
- CCNA or CCNP certification.
- Experience with Serial, C37.94, or E1.
- Fluency in Arabic.
