TL;DR
Corporate Legal Counsel (Corporate Governance and Compliance): Supporting corporate governance, entity management, reorganizations, regulatory compliance, and operational contracts across Hostinger subsidiaries with an accent on international corporate structures, legal risk assessment, and cross-functional collaboration. Focus on managing board and shareholder documentation, drafting intragroup agreements, improving legal processes, and translating complex legal requirements into practical business guidance.

Location: Hybrid in Vilnius or Kaunas, Lithuania

Salary: From €4,700 gross per month, depending on experience and skills.

What you will do

  • Lead or support corporate legal initiatives, including group structure reorganizations and other strategic projects.
  • Manage board resolutions, meeting minutes, shareholder meetings, and regulatory filings for subsidiaries.
  • Assist with establishing and managing subsidiaries and maintaining compliant corporate structures.
  • Support audits, KYC processes, regulatory monitoring, and corporate compliance activities.
  • Draft and review intragroup agreements and operational contracts, including agreements for legal services, audits, events, and office management.
  • Build the corporate legal knowledge base and improve document and contract management processes.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Law (LL.M.) and at least 5 years of legal experience after graduation.
  • Strong knowledge of corporate law, corporate governance, compliance, and regulatory matters.
  • Experience with governance, reorganization projects, or corporate regulatory matters.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, communication, legal risk assessment, and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with legal leadership, finance, business operations, auditors, external advisors, and other departments.
  • Fluency in English and Lithuanian is required.

Nice to have

  • Combined in-house and law firm experience.
  • International legal experience.
  • Experience managing and reviewing contracts related to company operations.
