TL;DR
Product Owner (SAP RTR) (SAP S/4HANA Finance): Driving Finance systems roadmaps and SAP enhancements across record-to-report, procure-to-pay, General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets, and consolidations with an accent on functional configuration, controls, and enterprise integration. Focus on defining requirements and acceptance criteria, leading testing and releases, and solving complex reconciliation, reporting, data, and deployment challenges.

What you will do
- Drive the Finance systems roadmap and prioritize the backlog based on business value, controls, and enterprise standards.
- Partner with Finance, Technology, Architecture, delivery teams, and implementation partners to define requirements, user stories, functional specifications, acceptance criteria, and test plans.
- Lead planning, governance, testing, release readiness, and production deployment across Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery models.
- Guide SAP enhancements, interfaces, reports, reconciliations, and lasting fixes for system, process, and data issues.
- Communicate priorities, risks, dependencies, decisions, and delivery status to stakeholders.
Requirements
- 5+ years of SAP S/4HANA or ECC 6.0 FI/CO experience in support, enhancements, projects, and continuous improvement.
- Strong SAP Finance functional and configuration knowledge, with depth in General Ledger, Accounts Payable, or Fixed Assets.
- Experience with financial reporting, close processes, profit centers, currency revaluation and translation, document splitting, ledgers, settlements, intercompany processes, and consolidations.
- Experience with FI-AP, MM-LIV, vendor master data, payments, bank interfaces, tax, purchasing, goods receipts, and account determination.
- Experience preparing functional specifications, delivering custom programs and interfaces, planning tests, managing change control, and supporting production deployment.
- Strong analytical, organizational, delivery, written, and verbal communication skills.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA MDG, Dynpro forms, BlackLine, SEM BCS, EC-CS, or other close and consolidation tools.
- Experience with Concur, Taulia, Fieldglass, Sovos, Taxware, EDI, IDoc, ALE, BAPI, RFC, connectors, or BI/BO reporting.
- Experience with full lifecycle implementations, ERP transformation, SAP upgrades, New Asset Accounting, or S/4HANA Finance.
- Knowledge of SAP security and access troubleshooting; ABAP debugging skills are a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Systems, or a related field; SAP S/4 Finance certification is preferred.
