Binance Accelerator Program - Community & Events (Africa) (Web3)

Company

Binance is building a financial super app and expanding access, adoption, and community engagement across African markets.

What you will do

• Grow and manage local Binance communities across social channels, chat groups, and other community platforms.
• Moderate regional social media and chat groups to increase follower growth and positive engagement.
• Create, translate, and proofread localized content for Binance users in the local market.
• Organize online and offline events, meet-ups, hackathons, workshops, and conferences from ideation through execution.
• Build partnerships with developer communities, universities, blockchain associations, KOLs, and Web2/Web3 audiences.
• Support Binance Angels, volunteer onboarding, community AMAs, marketing campaigns, and cross-department projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in marketing.
• Exposure to digital marketing planning and execution, preferably in crypto exchanges, fintech, e-commerce, technology, or gaming businesses with a B2C focus.
• Knowledge of crypto, blockchain technology, and the Binance ecosystem.
• Strong organization and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent English is required for coordination with overseas partners and stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Previous marketing or growth experience at a Spanish virtual asset exchange.
• Experience in community management and event organization.
• Additional language skills.
