hirify.global is a global clinical medical publisher and information services company operating authoritative medical journals through Lippincott.

What you will do

• Define and execute portfolio- and journal-level strategies for China partnership and proprietary medical journals.
• Conduct market intelligence, portfolio analysis, and competitiveness analysis to identify opportunities and risks.
• Build relationships with editors, editorial offices, universities, hospitals, medical experts, and opinion leaders in China.
• Support journal growth, best-practice adoption, timely publication, and customer needs in collaboration with editorial and production teams.
• Manage contract negotiations, renewals, invoicing, payment issues, and the financial viability of the journal portfolio.
• Launch new proprietary journals by preparing business cases, appointing editors and board members, and managing operational activities.

Requirements

• Master’s degree or above, preferably in biomedicine or a related field.
• Solid experience and business acumen in academic publishing.
• Experience managing Chinese society journals and proprietary journals; experience launching new titles is strongly preferred.
• Preferably 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong organizational, communication, market research, collaboration, and customer feedback analysis skills.
• Ability to participate in onsite interviews at a hirify.global office may be required.
