Location: California, United States. Field-based role requiring residence within the assigned territory and reasonable driving distance of a major commercial airport. Travel up to 80% is required for frequent regional and national travel.
Salary: $190,000–$225,000 USD annually.

What you will do
- Develop and execute account plans for a portfolio of priority healthcare accounts.
- Analyze account dynamics, patient care pathways, treatment-center patterns, and market opportunities.
- Tailor engagement for clinical, operational, and administrative stakeholders.
- Build trusted relationships with key account stakeholders and support patient access and treatment adoption.
- Coordinate compliant execution with Commercial, Medical, Market Access & Patient Services, Patient Advocacy, Marketing, and Compliance partners.
- Contribute field insights, territory planning, regional coordination, and performance discussions within a matrixed organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; an advanced degree in a scientific, clinical, or business discipline is preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in biotech or pharmaceutical field roles, strategic sales, hospital or academic medical centers, or medical-adjacent commercial roles.
- 4+ years of experience in rare neuromuscular disease markets, preferably involving buy-and-bill infused products.
- Strong understanding of patient care pathways, access considerations, specialty healthcare, and complex biologic treatment processes.
- Ability to engage multiple stakeholder types using approved resources while maintaining compliance in rare-disease environments.
- Must reside within the assigned California territory and be able to travel up to 80%.
