Staff Product Designer (AI)

What you will do

• Translate frontier AI capabilities, including agentic workflows, conversational interfaces, and model-generated recommendations, into simple and trustworthy customer experiences.
• Lead interaction, visual, and motion design for AI-native product surfaces and establish high standards for experience quality.
• Build functional HTML prototypes with AI-assisted tools to demonstrate motion, interaction, and conversational patterns before handoff.
• Drive consistent design standards across Foresight initiatives, including Ascend and Delphi, as experimental capabilities scale into products.
• Partner with User Research and Design Technology to ground decisions in evidence and maintain scalable Figma systems and resources.
• Facilitate workshops, design reviews, and roadmap discussions while mentoring junior and mid-level designers.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in product design, interaction design, or a related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Design, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.
• Expertise in user-centered design, systems thinking, interaction design, visual design, and research synthesis.
• Experience leading ambiguous, frontier-stage design problems through to products shipped at significant scale.
• Experience with complex, multi-sided, or platform-level products and strong storytelling and communication skills.
• Hands-on experience with advanced prototyping tools such as Claude, Cursor, and Figma, plus motion design or UI/front-end code.

Nice to have

• Experience designing AI-native, conversational, generative AI, LLM-based, or agentic products.
• Experience with service design or platform-level products.
• Exceptional portfolio demonstrating rigorous design thinking and strong craft.
