hirify.global Games develops the Avatar World brand and is expanding its licensing and consumer products activity.

What you will do

• Create illustrations, graphics, patterns, and other visual assets for licensing and consumer products.
• Develop and maintain art and creative guidelines for licensees, manufacturers, and external partners.
• Translate Avatar World’s visual language into rules for characters, colors, environments, typography, graphics, and patterns.
• Adapt existing game assets for physical products and consumer-facing applications.
• Collaborate with Product Development on new product lines, collections, and concepts.
• Review partner-created artwork and continuously evolve the creative toolkit.

Requirements

• Senior-level professional background in illustration, visual design, graphic design, or art direction.
• Degree or relevant studies in Graphic Design, Art, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• Strong illustration, composition, color, character design, and visual storytelling skills.
• Experience creating brand guidelines, style guides, toolkits, or creative systems.
• Ability to translate existing intellectual property into new artwork while preserving its visual identity.
• Excellent English and proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator are required.

Nice to have

• Experience with children’s brands, entertainment, gaming, licensing, consumer products, or character-based intellectual property.
