Salary: $108,000–$128,000 per year base salary, with potential incentive compensation and equity.

What you will do
- Lead equipment reliability, maintenance strategy, and mechanical integrity programs for utility and manufacturing equipment.
- Develop solutions for recurring equipment failures using FMEA, RCA, RCFA, FRACAS, statistical process control, reliability modeling, and Six Sigma methods.
- Build predictive maintenance models and use machine learning, sensor data, and condition-monitoring technologies to prevent unplanned downtime.
- Oversee integrity and inspection programs for pressure vessels, piping systems, and rotating equipment, including risk-based inspection and non-destructive testing.
- Maintain CMMS data integrity, maintenance plans, equipment hierarchies, bills of materials, spare-parts inventories, and asset information.
- Measure reliability KPIs such as MTBF, MTTR, downtime, and maintenance costs through reports and Power BI dashboards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or related Engineering.
- 7+ years of maintenance and engineering experience in biopharmaceutical, pharmaceutical, or regulated manufacturing environments.
- Experience supporting GMP manufacturing operations and using reliability engineering, maintenance strategies, and CMMS systems.
- Knowledge of CMMS platforms such as Maximo, SAP, or TrackWise Digital.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, asset-management, and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Experience with mechanical integrity standards and regulatory requirements including API, ASME, OSHA, and non-destructive testing.
Nice to have
- Six Sigma or Lean experience.
- CMRP, CRE, data-analysis, or API 510, 570, or 653 certification.
