Overview
We are looking for an HR Generalist to help build strong HR processes, support a culture of openness, and become a partner to both the business and the team.
What you will do
- Participate in the development and implementation of key HR processes, including adaptation of new employees, motivation and retention, talent management, training and development, internal communications, and corporate culture.
- Support managers, employees, and recruiters on all HR issues.
- Develop and update HR policies, procedures, regulations, and standards.
- Modernize and optimize existing HR processes.
- Participate in projects to increase employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Support regular review processes and participate in performance management.
- Analyze HR metrics: turnover, engagement, process efficiency.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in HR, preferably as an HRBP or HR Generalist.
- Systematic approach to working with HR processes and ability to design them from scratch.
- Ability to communicate in the language of business and be a partner to managers.
- Experience in developing and implementing guidelines and regulations for company processes.
- High degree of independence.
- Readiness for unstable processes.
- Understanding of HR metrics and ability to work with numbers.
Nice to have
- Experience working in startups.
- English at least B1.
- Experience in implementing HR process automation.
