TL;DR
Web Designer (Figma/UI Design): Designing polished, responsive digital experiences for web, mobile, and kiosk platforms with an accent on visual hierarchy, design systems, accessibility, and development-ready handoffs. Focus on translating product requirements and user needs into high-fidelity interfaces, interactive prototypes, and consistent reusable components across complex digital products.

What you will do
- Design polished and intuitive experiences for web, mobile, and kiosk platforms.
- Translate business requirements, product direction, user needs, and brand guidelines into high-fidelity interfaces.
- Create responsive layouts, wireframes, mockups, interactive prototypes, and development-ready specifications.
- Apply design-system components and reusable patterns consistently across digital products.
- Collaborate with Product, UX, Engineering, Designers, and business stakeholders to refine solutions.
- Review implemented experiences, address design inconsistencies, and maintain usability, accessibility, and visual quality.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in web, visual, UI, or digital experience design.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating responsive web and mobile interface design.
- Advanced hands-on proficiency in Figma, including components, variants, Auto Layout, styles, libraries, and interactive prototypes.
- Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, color, composition, spacing, responsive design, usability, and accessibility.
- Experience with design systems, reusable component libraries, and development-ready design handoffs.
- Advanced English proficiency required for daily communication with international teams.
