Product Designer

What you will do

• Own product design initiatives from problem discovery and concept development through implementation and continuous improvement.
• Translate business objectives, user needs, and product requirements into clear digital experiences.
• Map user journeys, workflows, information architecture, and interaction models for complex products.
• Create sketches, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web, mobile, kiosk, and related touchpoints.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, Researchers, Analysts, Designers, and QA throughout product development.
• Contribute to design systems, present design rationale, validate usability, and improve implemented functionality.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional digital product or UX/UI design experience.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design, problem definition, user flows, interaction design, prototyping, and final UI execution.
• Advanced hands-on proficiency in Figma, including prototypes, components, variants, auto layout, and shared libraries.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design, information architecture, interaction design, usability, accessibility, and design systems.
• Experience owning the full product design lifecycle and simplifying complex workflows across products or platforms.
• Advanced English proficiency required for daily collaboration with international stakeholders.
