Strategic Sourcing Management Trainee (Supply Chain)

Location: Fort Worth, Texas, United States; one remote day per week. Relocation is required for candidates located more than 50 miles from Fort Worth.

What you will do

• Complete structured orientation and on-the-job training within the assigned procurement group.
• Work with internal customers and suppliers on specifications, pricing, availability, and delivery for procurement requests.
• Address supplier purchase order issues and contract non-compliance through corrective actions.
• Support service and material buyers with reporting and special projects.
• Maintain accurate and timely contract agreements.
• Collaborate with experienced professionals on projects that improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.

Requirements

• Legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship, including H-1B, STEM OPT/CPT, or TN status.
• At least 18 years old upon hire.
• Pursuing a bachelor's or graduate degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field at an accredited university.
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.75.
• Less than three years of professional work experience, excluding internships, part-time jobs, and positions held while studying.
• Reliable transportation to and from work; daily duties are performed in an indoor office environment.

Nice to have

• Internship or limited professional experience in supply chain management or finance.
• Leadership experience in a campus, community, or extracurricular organization.
• Degree focus in Supply Chain Management or Finance.
