TL;DR
TikTok LIVE Creator Managers (Creator Management/Talent Acquisition): Building and managing portfolios of TikTok LIVE creators with an accent on talent scouting, onboarding, creator development, and performance management. Location: Remote, with the role listed in Milan or Rome, Italy

hirify.global's Instasamy department operates a TikTok LIVE network focused on creator acquisition, development, and performance.

What you will do

  • Scout, approach, and acquire promising TikTok LIVE creators.
  • Present the TikTok LIVE opportunity and support creators through onboarding.
  • Build, manage, and develop an individual portfolio of creators.
  • Plan creator activity, define growth objectives, and maintain professional relationships.
  • Monitor performance using TikTok LIVE Backstage and internal tools; analyse KPIs to identify growth opportunities.
  • Drive creator activity, consistency, retention, and participation in campaigns, events, and battles while collaborating with the Instasamy team.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, organisational, and prioritisation skills.
  • Commercial mindset, proactivity, autonomy, and a strong results orientation.
  • Ability to manage multiple creators and activities simultaneously.
  • Good knowledge of TikTok, social media, TikTok LIVE, and the creator economy.
  • Confidence using digital tools, dashboards, spreadsheets, messaging platforms, and KPI data.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to work under a fully performance-based compensation model.

Nice to have

  • Experience with TikTok LIVE agencies, creator or talent management, influencer marketing, recruiting, sales, business development, account management, customer success, social media, talent agencies, MCNs, or live-streaming platforms.
  • Personal experience as a creator or streamer.
  • Previous experience as a TikTok LIVE Manager.
