UX Designer (Junior)

Location: Bogotá, Colombia — Hybrid

What you will do

• Conduct basic user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points.
• Create journey maps, functional mockups, and interactive prototypes in Figma.
• Maintain consistency with existing design systems and apply accessibility principles.
• Collaborate with development teams during design handoff and implementation.
• Measure adoption and user satisfaction metrics for corporate tools.
• Prepare clear deliverables and presentations for client audiences while collaborating with local and global teams.

Requirements

• 0–2 years of relevant experience.
• Background in Design, UX/UI Design, Engineering, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of UX fundamentals, including user research, journey mapping, and information architecture.
• Solid proficiency in Figma, including interface design, components, and interactive prototyping.
• Upper-intermediate to advanced English.
• Strong analytical thinking, business sense, communication skills, curiosity, and ability to take ownership.

Nice to have

• Experience with design systems and user research tools.
• Experience with adoption and satisfaction metrics.
• Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS.
