Senior Machine Learning Engineer (Fintech)

What you will do

• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Products, Payments, and Dealing departments to identify business needs and develop scalable machine learning solutions.
• Build and improve models for LTV prediction, churn prediction, antifraud, and uplift modelling.
• Develop GenAI applications including AI agents, chatbots, and MCP-based solutions.
• Oversee existing machine learning solutions and expand ML adoption across the organisation.
• Establish and improve MLOps practices for model development, deployment, testing, version control, and monitoring.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of business needs and where machine learning can create value.
• Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, SQL, MSSQL, PostgreSQL, ClickHouse, AWS SageMaker, Bedrock, EC2 and EKS.
• Experience with Docker, FastAPI, Kafka, and Airflow.
• Experience establishing MLOps practices, automated testing, model version control, and CI/CD for ML systems.
• Understanding of IT infrastructure, data source types, and software development processes.
• Intermediate English proficiency.

Nice to have

• Experience applying data science tools to mobile apps, gaming, or fintech.
• Experience with LLMs, AWS Bedrock, LangChain, LangGraph, RAG, agents, and MCP.
