What you will do
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing cross-functional engineering team.
- Partner with Product to define priorities and deliver the roadmap.
- Drive technical excellence, engineering quality, security, reliability, and operational maturity.
- Lead architecture and technical discussions across multiple teams.
- Improve the reliability, scalability, and performance of a business-critical platform.
- Coordinate complex initiatives involving multiple engineering teams and external dependencies.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience leading software engineering teams.
- Strong previous experience as a hands-on software engineer.
- Experience building and operating large-scale backend or distributed systems.
- Strong software engineering background with modern programming languages and development practices.
- Experience improving engineering quality, reliability, and operational practices.
- Proven ability to deliver complex cross-team initiatives involving multiple stakeholders.
