What you will do
- Prioritize site safety and health, promote compliance with safety and environmental plans, and intervene when unsafe practices are observed.
- Review contractor method statements, permit applications, and safety controls while coordinating with construction, EHS, and commissioning teams.
- Monitor contractor activities against safety, quality, schedule, cost, documentation, scope, and construction programme requirements.
- Inspect construction works, witness tests, monitor quality-plan implementation, and report deviations from approved IFC documentation.
- Review and approve test packs, maintain accurate status information, and coordinate equipment deliveries and inspections.
- Manage punch-list closeout, system walkdowns, red-line documentation, construction closeout, and turnover to the client or commissioning and qualification team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree, or a strong trades background.
- At least 10 years of construction-sector experience on live sites.
- Significant LOTO and supervision experience.
- Experience with mission-critical or life-science projects is essential.
- Excellent reporting and communication skills.
