Marketing & Sales Education & Training Internship (Insurance)

Location: In person, 5 days per week in Lansing, Michigan, United States

Pay rate: $18.00 per hour and up

What you will do

• Develop educational materials focused on areas for improvement and use them to support associate development.
• Assess, direct, and participate in training and skill-building activities for branch and home office associates, including management.
• Coordinate associate activities in support of company objectives.
• Evaluate progress toward training objectives, analyze training procedures, and prepare reports with conclusions and recommendations.
• Implement policies established by senior management and collaborate with associates and customers at all levels.
• Travel to branches as requested and assist with related duties at the home office or elsewhere.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in college and entering the junior or senior year.
• Ability to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.
• Above-average written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to resolve complex issues, organize and interpret data, and manage multiple assignments.
• Detail-oriented approach to work.
