Location: Copenhagen, Denmark; on-site involvement in Kastrup Airport refund operations

What you will do

• Develop and execute short- and long-term business strategies and country business plans.
• Grow the Danish market by developing new merchant partnerships and expanding existing relationships.
• Oversee airport refund operations, working with the Refund Manager and refund agents to maintain operational excellence.
• Support Key Account Managers with merchant management and sales activities, including operational and IT-related issues.
• Manage relationships with merchants, airports, Customs, government bodies, banks, and acquiring partners.
• Lead hiring, performance-related decisions, reporting, compliance, communications, and business documentation.

Requirements

• Strong business judgment, analytical skills, and experience using business intelligence and data to identify opportunities.
• Experience with negotiation, contract management, and partnership development.
• Excellent communication, organizational, leadership, crisis-management, and decision-making skills.
• Solid financial competencies and experience using dashboards and reporting systems to drive performance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with ERP, CRM, and financial or reporting systems.
• Fluent English is required.
