Recruitment Specialist (HR Recruitment): Supporting talent acquisition across Eastern Europe and the Mediterranean through candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and recruitment administration with an accent on multilingual communication and stakeholder collaboration. Focus on managing candidate pools, ensuring seamless recruitment processes, and coordinating with hiring managers, recruiters, agencies, and HR partners.
Location: Bratislava, Slovakia; hybrid work with 40% in the office and 60% from home
Salary: Starting from €1,850 gross per month; final compensation depends on experience.

What you will do
- Source candidates and support local Talent Acquisition Managers and Specialists across Eastern Europe and the Mediterranean.
- Analyze CVs, research candidates, and manage candidate pools.
- Conduct phone pre-screenings and coordinate interviews and assessments.
- Communicate actively with candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, and recruitment agencies.
- Process administrative tasks in the internal HR system and support a smooth recruitment experience.
- Collaborate with HR colleagues and optionally participate in employer branding and school collaboration activities.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of recruitment experience, preferably in an agency environment.
- Fluent Slovak and English.
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with creativity, openness, and a solution-focused approach.
- Curiosity and the ability to handle ambiguity.
- User-level knowledge of MS Office.
Nice to have
- Good Greek, Romanian, Polish, Bulgarian, Croatian, or Hebrew.
- Previous experience in HR or sales.
