TL;DR
Digital Art Director (Web Design/UI/UX): Designing user-friendly websites, landing pages, digital tools, and interactive healthcare experiences with an accent on visual concept development, design systems, and user-centered interfaces. Focus on translating wireframes into polished UI, building prototypes and mockups, and creating compelling visual solutions for pharmaceutical and healthcare clients.

Location: Milan, Italy; hybrid work with office attendance an average of four days a week

Gross annual salary: €26,000–€33,000 EUR

What you will do

  • Design websites, landing pages, digital tools, and interactive healthcare experiences.
  • Translate wireframes and user flows into intuitive, visually compelling user interfaces.
  • Contribute to design systems, style guides, and UI kits across digital properties.
  • Create prototypes, mockups, mood boards, storyboards, and visual presentations.
  • Collaborate with copywriters, strategists, UX designers, Account teams, and Medical Writers.
  • Present design concepts internally and to clients while explaining design decisions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Art Direction, Visual Communication, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, and Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, hierarchy, and web design principles.
  • Familiarity with user-centered design and basic UX concepts.
  • Portfolio demonstrating web design capabilities, attention to detail, and creative problem-solving.
  • Fluent Italian and English, both written and spoken, are required.

Nice to have

  • Healthcare or pharmaceutical industry experience or a strong interest in the sector.
  • Experience with animation tools such as After Effects for web interactions.
