Software Engineer (AI/LLM)

What you will do

• Design, build, and operate scalable backend services for real-time, customer-facing systems.
• Develop and evolve AI-powered translation capabilities using large language models in production.
• Build tooling and infrastructure to evaluate models by quality, latency, and cost.
• Collaborate with product, applied science, frontend, and platform teams to turn complex customer-support problems into robust user-facing systems.
• Shape technical decisions, system architecture, performance, reliability, and operational readiness.
• Improve development workflows by exploring modern AI-assisted tools.

Requirements

• Strong backend development skills in Python or Go.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, container orchestration with Kubernetes and Docker, observability tools such as Datadog, and SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Experience designing, building, and integrating quality microservices at scale within complex domains.
• Pragmatic problem-solving skills, a growth mindset, and comfort working with real-world data and its nuances.
• Active use of modern AI development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude, or ChatGPT.
