Compensation Analyst

What you will do

• Support compensation design, analysis, expense budgeting, forecasting, and implementation of compensation programs, including carried interest plans.
• Provide compensation support for offer letters, separations, promotions, and internal mobility.
• Contribute to the year-end compensation process through system preparation, bonus pool analysis, manager templates, and employee compensation statements.
• Monitor market trends, manage market data matching and submissions, and evaluate compensation competitiveness.
• Improve reporting efficiency through automation, repeatable report creation, and AI-based solutions.
• Partner with Human Capital, Payroll, Finance, Legal, and business leaders across the firm.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in compensation, strategy, and/or data analytics.
• Experience with data handling and reporting, including advanced Excel and macro building.
• Experience designing and administering compensation structures, processes, and policies.
• Strong understanding of year-end compensation processes and an analytical, logical approach to problem-solving.
• Strong communication, listening, organization, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks independently and proactively identify efficiency improvements.

Nice to have

• Strong financial accounting knowledge, including GAAP.
• Understanding of carried interest and co-investment programs.
