Staff Manager/Architect - Automotive, AI Assisted Testing, Automated Testing

What you will do

• Architect test systems, validation strategies, and quality frameworks for the Intelligent Cockpit division.
• Lead development of common testing frameworks for test-case design and automation across software products.
• Design and implement AI-enabled validation, automation, DevOps, and cloud-based testing solutions.
• Integrate cloud testing into CI/CD pipelines and move automotive cockpit integration testing from hardware to the cloud.
• Provide technical leadership to engineering, architecture, product, and cross-functional teams.
• Lead a small testing team, plan work, and drive tasks through completion.

Requirements

• 15+ years of software validation experience, including 10+ years as a technical leader in QA or automotive testing.
• 5+ years of experience in AI-enabled testing and intelligent automation.
• Strong knowledge of automotive infotainment testing, web-based SaaS validation, and automated test suites.
• Hands-on experience with Python and C++, Android and Linux test frameworks, AWS, CI/CD, DevOps, and Agile practices.
• Knowledge of Automotive SPICE, ISO 26262, Android architecture, Google compliance test suites, and test-driven development.
• Fluent English proficiency and availability for regular in-office collaboration in Bengaluru are required.

Nice to have

• Vehicle, chassis, powertrain, ADAS, digital twin, or large-scale automotive testing experience.
• QNX, embedded software, Android middleware and application development experience.
• Experience generating large testing datasets or testing SaaS cloud solutions.
