Talent Acquisition Partner (6 month contract)

What you will do

• Run end-to-end recruitment for general roles in partnership with hiring managers.
• Source passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and other search channels.
• Screen and assess candidates while delivering an engaging candidate experience.
• Improve hiring processes and recruitment tools with the People & Talent team.
• Support employer branding, process documentation, and manager training projects.
• Advise hiring teams on talent markets, recruitment best practices, and changing business needs.

Requirements

• 3+ years of talent acquisition experience, preferably in fast-paced scale-up environments.
• Proven experience sourcing passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and influencing skills.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple roles and priorities.
• Experience working autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with ATS platforms; hirify.global uses Teamtailor and Rippling.
