What you will do
- Lead end-to-end design for a product area, from research and ideation through prototyping, UI design, and delivery.
- Translate complex requirements into engaging, user-focused solutions aligned with KICK’s design system and brand.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering on implementation, QA, handoff, and scalable reusable components.
- Run user testing, concept validation, and feedback sessions to guide data-informed design decisions.
- Shape roadmap priorities, define success, present work to stakeholders, and contribute to cross-team design critiques.
- Mentor mid-level and junior designers and help develop an inclusive, collaborative design environment.
Requirements
- Strong experience in product design, preferably in technology, entertainment, or streaming.
- Proven ability to design and deliver digital products end-to-end.
- Portfolio demonstrating strong UX/UI and interaction design expertise.
- Clear communication skills and the ability to explain design decisions and rationale.
- Analytical and strategic mindset with the ability to connect design work to product and business outcomes.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to have
- Experience designing omnichannel products, including mobile and TV applications.
- Interest or knowledge in streaming, gaming, or emerging technologies such as AI.
