Location: Hybrid in Columbus, Ohio, or Des Moines, Iowa; remote work may be considered for exceptional qualifications.

Salary: $95,500–$143,500 expected starting annual salary; national range $95,500–$177,500.

What you will do

• Evaluate and implement Genesys Cloud platform capabilities for contact center operations.
• Analyze, develop, test, debug, document, deploy, and maintain software applications.
• Use SQL, Python, automation, analytics, and AI-driven insights to improve contact center performance.
• Apply secure software engineering and DevSecOps practices throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Manage medium to large project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables in an agile environment.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, technology teams, and platform owners while providing technical guidance.

Requirements

• Four or more years of software engineering, analysis, or related technology experience.
• Experience with the Genesys Cloud platform.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python; knowledge of AI prompt engineering.
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java, C++, Python, or JavaScript.
• Strong knowledge of the software development lifecycle and ability to solve complex business and development problems.
• Undergraduate studies in computer science, management information systems, or a related field, or equivalent technology experience or certification.
