HR People Partner Netherlands with Dutch (m/f/d)

What you will do

• Enable people leaders to use HR self-service tools, case management, and standard HR processes.
• Advise leaders on employee relations, engagement, compliance, and workplace culture.
• Translate global HR standards, policies, and programs into compliant local delivery.
• Lead and support local HR initiatives, change efforts, and site-critical activities.
• Promote an inclusive and safety-first workplace aligned with hirify.global values.

Requirements

• Multiple years of Human Resources experience, including employee relations, people-leader support, and local HR delivery.
• Strong knowledge of local labor laws, compliance requirements, and HR governance.
• Experience partnering with business leaders and HR Centers of Excellence across the talent lifecycle.
• Proficiency with HR systems, digital self-service tools, and case management platforms.
• Ability to work effectively in a matrixed, global organization.
• Dutch proficiency is required; the role is based onsite in Medemblik, Netherlands.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting non-desk or manufacturing populations.
• Experience with labor relations and works councils, unions, or employee representative bodies.
• Experience leading local change management or transformation initiatives.
