What you will do

• Architect, build, and scale robust microservices from design through deployment to production.
• Own backend features end-to-end: concept, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance.
• Lead system design decisions, define service boundaries, and shape scalable architecture for global usage.
• Write production-grade code focused on performance, reliability, and maintainability.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product, and design to deliver user value.
• Promote engineering excellence via code reviews, mentorship, and clean code best practices.

Requirements

• B.Sc. in Computer Science (or equivalent hands-on experience).
• 6+ years of backend development experience building production systems at scale.
• Proficiency in one or more backend languages: Python, Go, Java, or Node.js.
• Strong understanding of system design, distributed systems, data structures, multithreading, and design patterns.
• Strong communication skills and comfort leading technical discussions in fast-moving environments.
