Overview

As a Senior Growth Analyst, you will improve transportation access for people around the world. You’ll work directly with customers to understand their riders, create programs that engage key audience segments, and analyze results to scale successful programs.

What you will do

• Conduct analyses to identify opportunities and improvements across the rider lifecycle.
• Shape marketing strategy through quantitative and qualitative research.
• Collaborate across internal and external teams to launch, execute, and optimize marketing research programs.
• Identify and test new rider growth initiatives.
• Deliver findings that address business needs and create actionable recommendations.
• Build programs for local communities and scale them to similar markets.

Requirements

• Passionate about growth marketing and public transit ridership.
• Able to understand and empathize with the end customer.
• Strong communicator (oral and written).
• Metrics-driven and comfortable measuring success against KPIs.
• Strong bias towards data-driven problem solving.
• Advanced proficiency with Excel and SQL.

Nice to have

• Marketing, growth, data, product, and user research experience.
• Experience with user acquisition channels and messaging or analytics platforms.
