ASIC Development Engineer (C++/Python)

Annual base salary: $76,000–$114,000 USD

What you will do

• Develop next-generation storage and memory controller SoC products from concept through production.
• Design and verify digital integrated circuits at block, top, and solution levels.
• Perform pre-silicon design and verification.
• Emulate and debug IP and complete solutions.
• Support post-silicon integration, bring-up, and validation.
• Apply knowledge of SoCs, protocols, and industry standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering, plus 2+ years of relevant industry experience, or a relevant master’s degree.
• Strong programming and scripting skills in C++ and Python.
• Excellent analytical, communication, documentation, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
• Travel requirement of 0%–25%.

Nice to have

• Experience with Verilog or VHDL.
• Experience with ASIC design or verification flows.
• Experience with PCIe protocols.
