BSA/AML Analyst - Financial Institutions Advisory

What you will do

• Execute financial institution advisory projects covering AML, BSA, KYC, OFAC, BCBS 239, credit risk, valuation, capital planning, stress testing, liquidity, resolution planning, and model risk management.
• Conduct data-intensive analytics, governance, data manipulation, financial analysis, and modeling using transactional and financial data.
• Plan and manage all or part of client engagements according to their size and complexity.
• Delegate assignments, monitor progress, and review work products for completeness and accuracy.
• Develop client deliverables and contribute to expert reports, presentations, and quality control.
• Manage client relationships, conduct industry research, and support business development, training, and recruiting activities.

Requirements

• Prior experience with financial institutions involved in AML, BSA, KYC, OFAC, and BCBS 239.
• Analytical experience in financial services, investment banking, consulting, or a related industry.
• Degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field.
• Strong written and spoken English, with clear and effective communication skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills, with careful attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, with the ability to produce professional outputs.
