Senior Account Executive – K-12 (Texas) (EdTech): Selling Canvas, MasteryConnect, LearnPlatform, and related SaaS services to K-12 school districts in Texas with an accent on new business development, account expansion, and consultative enterprise sales. Focus on building district stakeholder relationships, guiding complex purchasing processes, forecasting sales performance, and achieving territory quotas while travelling up to 50%.
Location: Remote within the United States; candidates should reside in Texas. Travel up to 50% is required.
Salary: $90,240–$112,800 annually, plus $90,240–$112,800 commission. On-target earnings: $180,480–$225,600 annually.

What you will do
- Sell Canvas, MasteryConnect, LearnPlatform, and related services across an assigned Texas territory.
- Generate new business and expand existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling.
- Develop consultative messaging, conduct needs analysis, and prepare tailored proposals.
- Guide school districts through purchasing processes and build relationships with key stakeholders.
- Develop pipeline and sales strategies, forecast performance, and meet or exceed quotas.
- Maintain accurate account information in Salesforce and collaborate with Regional Directors and clients in the field.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales/Marketing, Education, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of proven sales experience or relevant EdTech experience.
- Experience selling enterprise software, SaaS solutions, and related services.
- Strong strategic, consultative, proposal-development, and needs-analysis skills.
- Ability to sell to stakeholders at all organizational levels, including C-level executives.
- Residence in Texas and willingness to travel up to 50%.
