What you will do

• Refresh and refine brand identity, guidelines, visual patterns, and brand systems.
• Design smart templates, craft decks, special projects, and graphics.
• Create merch from concept to physical products.
• Support website and landing page design.
• Design for global conferences and meetups, evolving our brand and products.
• Reimagine user experience in fintech, Web3, and crypto, launching in new markets.

Requirements

• 5+ years in design, branding, or communications.
• Systems thinking, understanding how brand behaves across channels.
• Experience creating identity from scratch or leading rebrands.
• Strong skills in Adobe CC (Ps, Ai, Id) and Figma.
• Proactivity, independence, and the ability to communicate ideas clearly.
• English level B2+ required for international team collaboration.
• Interest in crypto and fintech.

• Motion or 3D skills.
